Mike Allen is the founder of PAC Advisors and a distinguished investment and business consultant with over 20 years of experience in capital markets. His expertise encompasses public securities, alternative credit financings, and emerging global markets.
Mike launched his investment career in New York starting as an analyst at Gruntal & Company. He later joined Spencer Trask & Co., where he participated in the firm's funding of emerging growth companies such as Osiris Therapeutics, Ciena Corporation, and Phytotech.
Among his notable accomplishments, Mike arranged a $250 million equity financing for GTS (Groupo Torre Sur), a leading telecommunications infrastructure company in Brazil, with over 2,800 towers. This transaction involved Providence Equity, a premier private equity firm in the media and communications sector managing over $36 billion. He also led a multi-million-dollar financing for Convene, a leading hospitality company specializing in meeting and event spaces, with Boathouse Capital, a Pennsylvania-based growth and later-stage investment firm, serving as the lead investor.
Furthermore, Mike has facilitated millions of dollars in financing for projects ranging from geothermal power plants in Panama to media and broadcast companies, cannabis facilities, dispensaries, and private manufacturing, distribution, and service companies. His work in the natural resources sector has also contributed to his wide-ranging expertise.
Mike holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Colorado State University, and his extensive industry knowledge continues to drive PAC Advisors' success in delivering customized financial solutions for a diverse array of clients.
